  • You must provide accurate information during registration, including your full legal name and date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
  • Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. f770x uses technical and manual verification to detect duplicate accounts.
  • You must notify f770x immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. f770x will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • f770x reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months, following prior written notice to the registered contact number.

3 KYC and Identity Verification

f770x is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport issued by the government of Bangladesh or such other document as f770x may specify from time to time) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. f770x may also request a selfie, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation where required by its internal compliance procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

f770x accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

  • Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amount: ৳100. Maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set by the respective payment service provider and by f770x's internal transaction policies.
  • Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal conditions. f770x is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.
  • f770x does not accept deposits made by third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. f770x aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes to twenty-four hours under normal operating conditions, though this may be extended during periods of high demand or pending compliance review.
  • Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by f770x's support team in writing. f770x reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a threshold it determines from time to time.
  • Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the withdrawal amount. Only real-money funds that have cleared all applicable rollover conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for gameplay on the games specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any purpose other than gameplay on eligible titles.
  • Wagering requirements (rollover conditions) must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.   • Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method that f770x determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion — may have their bonus voided and their account suspended.

5. Responsible Gaming

  • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited). Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a cooling-off period of twenty-four hours has elapsed. Decreases take effect immediately.
  • Session duration alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a period you specify. Cooling-off periods that temporarily restrict account access for a minimum of twenty-four hours, extendable to seven, thirty, or ninety days at your request.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in any way that is not through the standard user interface provided by f770x.
  • Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share information about live game states in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other users of the platform.
  • Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured game setting to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are considered void.
  • Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses or any other welcome promotion that is explicitly limited to one claim per person.
  • Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. f770x cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose account information as required by applicable law.

7. General Provisions

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f770x's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. f770x is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

11 Amendments to These Terms

f770x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, f770x will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on their account before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with f770x's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. f770x's support team is available 24/7 via live chat at f770x.net and will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints within seventy-two hours of receipt.
